Job Summary:
The Tandoor Commi-1 is responsible for preparing and cooking tandoor items, maintaining quality and consistency, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook tandoor items (roti, naan, kulcha, kebabs, tikka, etc.)
Ensure proper marination and preparation of ingredients
Maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards
Handle the tandoor section independently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Follow food safety and SOP guidelines
Assist senior chefs in overall kitchen operations
Monitor stock and inform about shortages
