Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
Maintain stock of food items, beverages, packaging and other supplies.
Handle stock receiving, issuing, counting and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with vendors and purchase team for timely material availability.
Monitor stock levels, wastage, expiry and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory reports.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and storage standards.
Coordinate with kitchen, accounts and restaurant operations teams.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager in a Restaurant, Café, QSR or F&B industry.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / inventory software.
