Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook daily staff meals as per the approved menu.
Ensure food is served on time and in adequate quantity.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of meals.
Follow standard recipes and portion control to minimize food wastage.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of food items (FIFO).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and workstations.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Support the kitchen team during operational requirements whenever needed.
