Role Summary:

Responsible for preparing and executing South Indian à la carte dishes with consistency, authenticity, and high-quality presentation.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Prepare traditional and contemporary South Indian dishes

  • Maintain taste, portion control, and presentation standards

  • Handle high-volume à la carte orders efficiently

  • Ensure hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness

  • Train junior staff and commis for basic preparations

  • Coordinate with FOH teams during rush hours

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in South Indian cooking (hotel/restaurant)

  • Strong product knowledge & food safety understanding
