A Junior Dosa Master assists the Head Chef in preparing South Indian tiffin items, focusing on making various dosas, chutneys, and sambhar. Responsibilities include managing griddle temperatures, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and training under senior staff to learn batter fermentation and recipe consistency
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role isbelow 10thand1 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
