Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced South Indian Breakfast Cook to prepare authentic South Indian breakfast dishes and maintain high standards of taste, hygiene and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare South Indian breakfast items such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Pongal, Upma, Poori.
Prepare Sambar and other traditional accompaniments.
Ensure food quality, taste and presentation standards are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Monitor stock of ingredients and inform management about shortages.
Follow food safety and kitchen safety guidelines.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
