Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve breakfast items such as Idli, Vada, Dosa, Uttappa, Upma, Poha, Misal Pav, Thalipeeth, Sabudana Khichdi, Ghavan, Sheera, Tea, Coffee, etc.
Ensure fresh and hygienic food preparation daily.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Handle breakfast preparation and service on time.
Monitor stock and kitchen inventory.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Maintain taste consistency and presentation standards.
Requirements:
Experience in South Indian and Marathi breakfast preparation.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work in morning shifts.
Hardworking and team-oriented person.
Experience in hotel/resort kitchen preferred.
