Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, bold and confident South Indian Chef who has worked in reputed restaurants and can independently handle kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be a hard worker, challenge-oriented, and capable of managing the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes (Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar, Chutneys, Meals, etc.)
Handle complete kitchen operations independently
Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
Manage inventory and coordinate with the purchase team
Handle peak-hour pressure and bulk orders efficiently
Take ownership of targets and operational challenges
Candidate Profile:
2–5+ years of experience in reputed restaurants
Strong expertise in South Indian cuisine
Bold, confident, and proactive personality
Hard-working and ready to take challenges
Good leadership and team-handling skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
