Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of cafeteria operations, ensuring timely and efficient meal service.

• Implement Technology Solutions: Utilize Food Whisperer's app and admin dashboard to monitor and optimize operations.

• Maintain Hygiene Standards: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards. 

2. Vendor & Staff Coordination

• Manage Vendor Relationships: Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Staff Training: Conduct regular training sessions for staff on operational procedures and customer service.

• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate staff performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

3. Customer Engagement

• Address Customer Feedback: Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and feedback.

• Enhance Dining Experience: Implement initiatives to improve the overall dining experience for employees.

• Event Coordination: Organize special events and themed meals to engage employees.

4. Sustainability & Compliance

• Sustainable Practices: Promote and implement sustainable sourcing and waste management practices.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local food safety and environmental regulations.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Food Technology Proficiency: Experience with advanced kitchen equipment like Vario Cooking Centers and Rational Combi Ovens.

• Digital Literacy: Comfortable using app-based systems and admin dashboards for operational management. 

Operational Expertise

• Experience in Corporate Catering: Background in managing large-scale cafeteria operations.

• Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and ensure service quality.

Soft Skills

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve operational challenges promptly.

• Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating a diverse team.

Educational Background:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or related field.

Certifications: Certifications in food safety and hygiene are preferred.
