1. दैनिक खाना बनाना एवं भोजन तैयारी

• CMD के स्वाद और डाइटरी पसंद के अनुसार ताज़ा, स्वच्छ और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला भोजन तैयार करना।

• नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन, रात का खाना एवं स्नैक्स बनाना।

• मल्टी-क्यूज़ीन (भारतीय, कॉन्टिनेंटल, हेल्दी फूड आदि) बनाने की क्षमता।

• आवश्यकता अनुसार स्वास्थ्य के अनुसार भोजन तैयार करना (कम तेल, कम नमक, डायबिटिक-फ्रेंडली आदि)।

2. मेनू प्लानिंग

• सीजनल सामग्री और परिवार की पसंद के अनुसार साप्ताहिक मेनू तैयार करना।

• स्वाद में निरंतरता रखते हुए नए व्यंजनों का सुझाव देना।

3. किचन प्रबंधन

• रसोई की साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।

• कच्चे और पके खाद्य पदार्थों का उचित भंडारण सुनिश्चित करना।

• किचन उपकरणों का रखरखाव और मरम्मत की आवश्यकता होने पर रिपोर्ट करना।

1. Daily Cooking & Meal Preparation

Prepare fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meals as per CMD’s taste and dietary preferences.

Plan and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.

Ability to prepare multi-cuisine dishes (Indian, Continental, healthy meals, etc.).

Customize meals for health requirements, if needed (low oil, low salt, diabetic-friendly, etc.).

2. Menu Planning

Create weekly menus based on seasonal ingredients and family preferences.

Suggest new dishes while maintaining consistency in taste.

3. Kitchen Management

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and cooked food.

Manage kitchen equipment and report repairs if required.

4. Grocery & Inventory Management

Prepare grocery lists and manage stock of vegetables, meat, spices, and essentials.

Coordinate with household staff or vendors for timely procurement of fresh ingredients.

Maintain cost-conscious usage of materials.

5. Special Requirements

Prepare meals for guests during gatherings, parties, or farmhouse events.

Ability to handle bulk cooking when required.

Serve food in a presentable and timely manner.

6. Food Safety & Hygiene
