Key Responsibilities:

- Create popular chaat items such as sev puri, bhel puri, dahi puri, and other street-style snacks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation across all items.
- Innovate and suggest new menu ideas or variations to enhance offerings.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
- Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.
- Regularly clean utensils, surfaces, and storage areas as per hygiene protocols.
- Manage basic inventory of ingredients and inform when restocking is required.
- Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
