Restaurant Manager

Cocopots Baker is hiring a Restaurant Manager (Male/Female) for our outlet in Kamla Nagar, Delhi. We're looking for a motivated and responsible individual who can manage daily operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant

• Supervise staff and ensure smooth service

• Handle customer queries and complaints

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards

• Manage stock and inventory

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in restaurant or food outlet management (preferred)

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Must speak Hindi and Fluent English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
