Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Upsell combo meals, add-ons, and promotions.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
Ensure fast and friendly service at counter and delivery handover.
2. Order Processing & Cashiering
Operate POS systems efficiently.
Ensure accurate billing and payment collection (cash/card/UPI).
Maintain zero cash shortage/excess at shift closing.
Issue bills and ensure correct order packaging.
3. Food Preparation
Prepare pizzas, sides, and beverages as per SOP.
Maintain portion control and presentation standards.
Ensure timely preparation to meet delivery timelines.
Monitor ingredient quality and expiry dates.
4. Hygiene & Safety
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene.
Follow food safety standards and cleaning schedules.
Keep workstations clean during and after shift.
Follow proper handwashing and glove protocols.
5. Inventory & Stock Support
Assist in stock counting.
Inform supervisor about low stock levels.
Minimize wastage and pilferage.
6. Team Coordination
Support teammates during rush hours.
Follow shift schedules and punctuality norms.
Participate in training and briefing sessions.
