Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Cook/Chef with experience in preparing Pasta and Mexican cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pasta dishes and Mexican food items as per the menu.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Manage ingredient preparation, portion control, and stock usage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations during service.
Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes when required.

Requirements:

Experience in Italian (Pasta) and Mexican cuisine. (anyone)
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Culinary training or relevant experience preferred.
