Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Cook/Chef with experience in preparing Pasta and Mexican cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pasta dishes and Mexican food items as per the menu.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.

• Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

• Manage ingredient preparation, portion control, and stock usage.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations during service.

• Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes when required.

Requirements:

• Experience in Italian (Pasta) and Mexican cuisine. (anyone)

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Culinary training or relevant experience preferred.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
