• Fire up and operate a traditional wood-fired oven
• Make killer pizzas (and suggest any new recipes you love!)
• Work with top-class kitchen equipment and a helper by your side
• Handle doughs, toppings, and baking like a pro
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and buzzing!

• You have solid bakery knowledge (dough, proofing, baking – the works)
