We are looking for a Woodfire Pizza Specialist to join our kitchen team in Agonda, Goa. The role requires making authentic woodfire pizzas while also supporting other kitchen work when required. Candidate must be hardworking, flexible, and team-oriented.
Prepare dough, toppings, and sauces.
Operate and manage the woodfire oven.
Make and serve pizzas consistently with quality and speed.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety around the oven.
Support the kitchen team with other cooking and prep tasks.
Follow recipes and portion sizes to reduce wastage and control cost.
Property operates 12 months; minimum 9 months full-time is mandatory (option to continue all 12).
12-hour shift, 7 days a week, continuous duty (short break only if guest flow allows).
Food & stay provided.
Professional, disciplined, and fast-paced environment.
Experience in woodfire pizza making (dough, toppings, oven handling).
Willing to multitask and assist in other kitchen areas.
Ready to learn without hesitation and work as a team.
Speak Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
