Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients as per company standards.
Cook pizzas using oven/wood-fired oven/conveyor oven.
Ensure accurate portioning and quality of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Manage inventory of raw materials and notify shortages in advance.
Ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours.
Assist in menu development and introduction of new pizza varieties, if required.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker (QSR or Restaurant preferred).
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and topping combinations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good understanding of food hygiene and handling standards.
Team player with strong communication and time-management skills.
SSC / HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management (Preferred but not mandatory)
