Pizza Maker

A pizza maker prepares, bakes, and decorates pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences, ensuring high-quality products and adherence to food safety standards. Key responsibilities include making pizza dough, slicing and preparing toppings, operating ovens, maintaining a clean and organized work station, and sometimes taking orders and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities

• Dough and Ingredients Preparation:

  Create pizza dough from scratch, prepare fresh sauces, and wash, chop, and slice vegetables and other toppings. 

• Pizza Assembly and Baking:

  Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. 

• Oven Operation:

  Operate and monitor pizza ovens, ensuring proper cooking times and temperatures for various types of pizza. 

• Quality Control:

  Ensure all ingredients and final products meet company standards for freshness and quality before they are served. 

• Cleanliness and Sanitation:

  Maintain a clean and hygienic work station, kitchen equipment, and tools, adhering to all food safety regulations. 

• Inventory Management:

  Monitor and track inventory, notify management about low-stock ingredients, and assist with unloading deliveries. 

• Customer Service (Optional):

  Receive and process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve any complaints or issues with diplomacy. 

• Team Collaboration:

  Work with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and a smooth workflow during busy periods.

• Pizza-Making Skills: Proficiency in making pizza dough and assembling pizzas with various toppings. 

• Equipment Operation: Ability to safely and efficiently operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
