Pizza Chef – Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizzas as per standard recipes and quality guidelines

  • Handle dough preparation, fermentation, toppings, and baking

  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation

  • Operate and maintain pizza ovens and kitchen equipment

  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards

  • Manage inventory of ingredients and reduce wastage

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff during peak hours

  • Follow SOPs and support menu development when required
