आवश्यकताएं:

किचन हेल्पर के रूप में आप एक डायनामिक किचन टीम के साथ कार्य करेंगे। आपकी मुख्य भूमिका भोजन सामग्री की तैयारी, किचन को व्यवस्थित रखना और किचन ऑपरेशन्स को सुचारू रूप से चलाने में सहायता करना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• मीज़ प्लानिंग सहायता (Mise Planning Assistance):
• रेसिपी और निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार प्री-प्रेप (mise en place) में सहायता करना

• सफाई और स्वच्छता (Cleaning & Sanitizing):
• किचन उपकरण, फल-सब्जियों और वर्कस्टेशन को साफ और सैनिटाइज करना

• FIFO, FEFO और MRD की समझ:
• FIFO (First In First Out), FEFO (First Expire First Out) और MRD प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना

• डिलीवरी प्राप्त करना और स्टोर करना (Receiving & Storing):
• आने वाली डिलीवरी को प्राप्त करना और उनकी मात्रा व गुणवत्ता की जांच करना
• सामग्री को सही तरीके से स्टोर करना

• इन्वेंटरी प्रबंधन (Inventory Organization):
• स्टोर की इन्वेंटरी को व्यवस्थित रखना
• FIFO और FEFO के अनुसार स्टॉक रोटेशन सुनिश्चित करना

• उपकरण और डीप क्लीनिंग में सहायता:
• शेफ और KST स्टाफ के साथ मिलकर उपकरणों की सफाई और डीप क्लीनिंग में सहायता करना

• गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा (Quality & Safety):
• किचन टीम के साथ मिलकर भोजन की गुणवत्ता और प्रेजेंटेशन के उच्च मानकों को बनाए रखना

• रेसिपी और प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी:
• रेसिपी और प्रोडक्ट नॉलेज को सीखना और समझना

• अतिरिक्त कार्य (Additional Duties):
• किचन के सुचारू संचालन के लिए दिए गए अन्य कार्यों को करना
• सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता नियमों का पालन करना

योग्यता और अनुभव:

• शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास
• अनुभव: 0–1 वर्ष
