Key Responsibilities:
Mise en Place: Handle daily prep work for the pastry section, ensuring all ingredients and tools are ready for production.
Execution: Assist in baking and decorating pastries, cakes, and desserts according to our signature recipes and standards.
Quality Control: Ensure every item leaving the kitchen meets our high aesthetic and taste benchmarks.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
Support: Assist senior pastry chefs in developing new menu items and managing inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen (reputed cafes or hotels preferred). Freshers with a strong culinary degree and a passion for pastry are welcome to apply!
Skills: Basic knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and chocolate work.
Attitude: A "can-do" spirit, a high level of discipline, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced boutique environment.
Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team.
Compensation & Perks:
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience).
Additional Earnings: Service Charge + Daily Tips.
