Role Overview

We are looking for three passionate and disciplined Pastry Commis chefs to join our team at Jio World Drive. This is an entry-level role perfect for individuals with a solid foundation in patisserie who are looking to grow within a high-standard professional kitchen.

Key Requirements

Education: Must have a background in Hotel Management (HM) or a specialized Culinary Arts diploma.
Experience: Up to 6 months of experience in a pastry department (internship experience included).
Skills: Basic understanding of pastry techniques, dessert plating, and kitchen hygiene standards.
Attributes: High energy, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assisting senior pastry chefs in the preparation of cakes, pastries, and desserts.
Ensuring consistent quality and presentation according to brand standards.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
Supporting inventory management and mise-en-place preparation.
