Pastry Cook

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join Chaidays. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing bakery and pastry items, especially Kuboos, along with other desserts and baked dishes as per our menu standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare kuboos in required quantity and maintain consistency in taste and quality.

Make a variety of pastry items, breads, and desserts as per kitchen requirements.

Ensure proper handling of dough, baking techniques, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.

Assist in menu development and introduce new bakery items when needed.

Manage stock for pastry ingredients and ensure timely replenishment.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.

Strong knowledge in preparing Kuboos and other bakery items.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Team player with good time management skills.
