
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked products
Develop new recipes and innovate menu offerings
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Manage inventory and order baking supplies as needed
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Travel to different locations for operations, events, or setup support
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in different environments
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 20 days/month)
Good time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery
Experience in handling bulk production or multi-location setups
Additional Information:
Candidate must be male (as per role requirement)
Base location will be Indore, with frequent travel assignments
