Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety.
Prepare and plate items such as:
Freshly made pizzas (including dough handling, toppings, baking)
Pastas with various sauces
Grilled and cold sandwiches
Garlic breads and café-style small plates
Fresh juices, mocktails, and simple cold beverages
Maintain mise-en-place and daily prep levels for pantry operations.
Ensure food presentation meets the café’s quality and aesthetic standards.
Monitor ingredient quality, inventory levels, and assist in replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and cold kitchen section.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Follow standard recipes and innovate with new ideas, if encouraged by the management.
Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations at all times.
