Job Summary
Workzon Business Centre is looking for a dedicated, well-groomed, and hygienic Pantry Boy with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of basic food preparation, pantry management, and customer service. The candidate must maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene while preparing and serving food and beverages to clients and staff.
The Pantry Boy should also be capable of setting up refreshments for meetings and events, operating pantry equipment safely, and presenting food in a neat and professional manner.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1–2 years in pantry, office cafeteria, café, or hospitality services.
Age: 22–35 years.
Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Higher qualification is an added advantage).
Basic communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication will be preferred.
Well-groomed, polite, punctual, and customer-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
Prepare fresh sandwiches as per standard hygiene practices.
Cook vegetarian Maggi and oats using proper cooking methods.
Prepare and serve boiled eggs as required.
Prepare fresh handmade tea and coffee with consistent taste and quality.
Ensure food is prepared fresh and served promptly.
Pantry Operations
Operate the induction cooktop safely and efficiently.
Maintain pantry equipment and ensure it is clean and in working condition.
Monitor pantry stock and inform the supervisor about low inventory.
Store food items properly to maintain freshness and food safety.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Keep the pantry area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
Wash utensils, crockery, cutlery, and pantry equipment after use.
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Meeting & Event Support
Set up meeting rooms with tea, coffee, snacks, crockery, cutlery, tissues, and other required items.
Arrange serving tables following proper table etiquette and presentation standards.
Ensure refreshments are served professionally during meetings and events.
Cake Presentation & Serving
Set up birthday or celebration tables neatly.
Cut cakes properly with a professional presentation.
Serve cake hygienically and politely to guests, similar to hospitality service standards.
Clean the serving area after the event.
Customer Service
Serve clients, visitors, and employees politely and respectfully.
Respond promptly to pantry-related requests.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
General Duties
Ensure timely opening and closing of pantry operations.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness.
Assist with office events whenever required.
Perform any other pantry-related duties assigned by the management.
