Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our Multi Kitchen outlet. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of high-standard food production, customer-centric delivery models, and managing multi-unit kitchen operations. This role involves leading teams, standardizing kitchen processes, optimizing quality and efficiency, and ensuring every outlet delivers a consistently exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Outlet Operations Management:
Supervise day-to-day operations across all assigned premium kitchen outlets.
Implement and maintain operational SOPs for kitchen hygiene, food quality, delivery timelines, and packaging.
Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).
Quality & Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistent product quality and presentation across outlets.
Coordinate with central kitchen or culinary heads to maintain recipe integrity and portion control.
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams for new product rollouts and seasonal menu updates.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor outlet chefs, kitchen supervisors, and shift managers.
Build high-performance teams through training, motivation, and accountability.
Foster a culture of discipline, ownership, and customer-first thinking.
Financial & Operational Efficiency:
Monitor outlet-level P&L, optimize food cost, labour cost, and operational overheads.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery speed, reduce wastage, and boost margins.
Set and track performance KPIs for each outlet and team.
Customer Experience & Escalation Handling::
Ensure swift resolution of customer complaints and service lapses via delivery platforms or direct feedback.
Analyse customer reviews and ratings to drive continuous improvement in food and service.
Supply Chain & Inventory Oversight:
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain for smooth raw material flow.
Ensure outlets maintain optimal inventory levels with zero stockouts or excesses.
Track pilferage, spoilage, and returns to maintain food safety and profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business Management (MBA preferred).
10 - 15 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years managing multiple outlets—preferably in a cloud kitchen environment.
Proven experience in kitchen operations, team management, and food delivery logistics.
Knowledge of ERP/POS systems, food costing, and compliance.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
