Description :
1. Accepting store deliveries and Control food stock and food cost in his section/kitchen. Coordinate and participate with other sections for requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene and proper sanitation practices in the kitchen.
Ensure strict following of prep chart for preparation and presentation of each items.
Communicate assistance needed during busy periods and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
Ensure that all stocks are well maintained to the highest standards to cater to the specific numbers expected for the day.
Prepare the prep for the next day's operation and ensure storing them in the briefed manner.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly and would need to follow the cleaning/maintenance schedules for them as directed, escalate any malfunctioning to the Sr team members8Perform and responsible for any other responsibilities allocated to him from time to time by CDP/Sr management9Understand the fire extinguishing system installed and able to act upon basic fire prevention
