Key Responsibilities:

Prepare North Indian food (roti, sabzi, dal, rice, etc.) in bulk

Ensure timely meal preparation for labor workforce

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

Follow company safety and food quality

Requirements:

Experience in large-scale cooking (for 50)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physically fit and disciplined

Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene
