Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic North Indian dishes including:

  • Chole Bhature

  • Kachori

  • Bread Pakora

  • Other breakfast/snack items as required

• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation

• Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ingredient planning

• Work efficiently under time constraints, especially during peak hours

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in North Indian cuisine

• Expertise in preparing traditional snacks and breakfast items

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices

• Ability to work independently

• Punctual and reliable

• Preference will be given to local candidates or those willing to stay nearby
