Job Description

Cook different dishes following recipes.
Plan and arrange menu items.
Keep track of kitchen supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety.

Job Role: Chef ( north indian cook)
Location: Guyana, South America.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes from multiple cuisines as per the menu.
Plan and develop new recipes, menus, and plating presentations.
Ensure consistent food quality, flavor, and portion control.
Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed.
Monitor food preparation and production processes to maintain standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Control food costs through proper inventory, storage, and waste management.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff for smooth kitchen operations.
Train junior chefs and kitchen staff in preparation techniques for various cuisines.
