Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards. • Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets presentation and taste standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned kitchen section. • Support the shift lead/manager in daily kitchen operations. • Check ingredients for freshness, proper storage, and quality before use. • Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage. • Train and guide Team Members and kitchen staff. • Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service staff for smooth operations. Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Commis 2 or in a similar role. • Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. • Strong focus on food quality, taste, and presentation. • Team player with good communication and time management skills. • Culinary certification or diploma preferred.
