Job Title: Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team at B-FOR-BIRYANI and support our chefs in preparing delicious meals for our guests. The role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the kitchen. This position offers an in-hand salary of 12000 TO 10000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef and cooking staff with daily kitchen operations.

• Wash, clean, and cut vegetables, fruits, and meats as instructed.

• Help with basic cooking tasks, plating, and serving dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

• Ensure all utensils, tools, and kitchen equipment are clean and organized.

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing kitchen supplies.

• Dispose of waste properly and follow food safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10TH PASS with 2-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MAKING ROLL, MOMO, TANDOOR ITEMS.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene.

• Good time management and multitasking skills.

• Willingness to learn and support senior kitchen staff.
