Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner
Take customer orders accurately through POS systems
Prepare and serve food & beverages as per brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and kitchen areas
Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures
Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions
Support kitchen and counter operations during peak hours
Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages
Work as a team to achieve restaurant sales and service targets
Follow company policies, grooming, and attendance standards
