Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

  Greeting guests, providing information about menu items and specials, and taking orders accurately. 

• Order and Payment Processing:

  Operating the cash register, accurately handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring correct order placement. 

• Food and Beverage Preparation:

  Following recipes, preparing waffles and beverages according to company standards, and maintaining quality and consistency. 

• Cleanliness and Hygiene:

  Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment and dining areas, and adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols. 

• Stocking and Replenishment:

  Stocking workstations with supplies and ingredients, and assisting with inventory and receiving deliveries. 

• Teamwork:

  Collaborating with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. 

• Problem-Solving:

  Addressing customer complaints and issues in a professional manne
