Kitchen Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service :Greet customers, take food orders accurately, handle complaints, and provide friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Food Preparation :Prepare and cook menu items according to brand standards, assemble orders, and package them for dine-in or takeout. 

• Cash Handling :Operate cash registers, process payments, balance cash drawers, and handle customer bills. 

• Cleanliness & Hygiene :Clean food preparation areas, dining areas, and equipment, and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the restaurant. 

• Teamwork :Work collaboratively with other team members and management to achieve operational goals and provide a positive experience for guests. 

• Stocking & Organization :Stock serving stations and dining areas with food and supplies, and maintain the visual presentation of the restaurant.
