Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude.

Take and process customer orders accurately.

Assist in preparing burgers, fries, and beverages as per Shanky’s standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and serving area.

Handle cash/UPI payments and operate billing systems.

Support team members and follow instructions from the supervisor/owner.
