Kitchen Helper – PatilKaki
Timings: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of Maharashtrian items like modak, puranpoli, kothimbir wadi, sabudana vada, poha, and sheera
Basic prep work: chopping, peeling, kneading dough, stuffing, shaping, and steaming
Support in chutney and masala preparation
Assist in operating kitchen equipment as required
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and workstations at all times
Wash dishes and ensure proper drying and storage
Refill and organize ingredients during service hours
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Assist cooks during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Willingness to learn Maharashtrian cooking basics
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Clean, disciplined, and reliable
Team player
