Role Overview

As part of our kitchen team at the Dadar store, you'll play a hands-on role in preparing the snacks that our customers love. This is a great opportunity to learn food preparation in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetarian snacks and thali items as per PatilKaki's recipes and standards

• Assist with ingredient prep — washing, cutting, mixing, and portioning

• Support senior kitchen staff during production hours

• Assist with plating and food presentation before service

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at your workstation and in the kitchen

• Follow food safety practices and store guidelines at all times

• Help with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed

What we're looking for

• Willingness to learn — no prior experience required

• Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Local candidates from Dadar or nearby areas preferred

Good to have

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices

• Experience with plate prep and portion setting

• Eye for food presentation and aesthetics
