Job Summary
To assist the kitchen team in daily food preparation, packing, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards as per QSR SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen work.
Support food packing and order preparation.
Follow FIFO for ingredients and packing materials.
Maintain proper storage and cleanliness of the kitchen and packing area.
Keep the packing table clean and sanitized regularly.
Follow proper glove use and hand hygiene.
Prevent cross-contamination during food handling.
Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and work areas.
Support the kitchen team during peak hours.
Follow instructions given by the Kitchen Supervisor/Store Manager.
Basic Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass preferred.
Freshers can apply; QSR/restaurant experience is an advantage.
Basic understanding of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
