Responsibilities:

• Should have basic knowledge of cutting and chopping fruits & vegetables

• Ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized includes washing dishes and cooking equipment

• Cleaning floors, sanitising countertops and cutting boards, and maintaining all areas to health code standards

• Should be well groomed as hygiene is very important in this job

• Packaging of products on a day to day basis.
