BOH Kitchen Team – Cooks & Helpers
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Department: Back of House (BOH)
Roles: Tandoor/North Indian Cook, Tandoor Helper, South Indian Cook, Chinese Cook, Chinese Helper, Bhatura Cook, Combi Team Member
Location: Palam & Nawada
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food as per assigned kitchen station and standard recipes.
Follow basic food safety, hygiene and safe food-handling practices.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workstation.
Support preparation, cooking, packing and timely order completion.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Handle kitchen equipment and ingredients safely.
Follow portion, quality and presentation standards.
Support the team during peak hours and maintain timely service.
Station-Specific Requirements:
Tandoor/North Indian: Preparation and cooking of Tandoor & North Indian dishes.
Tandoor Helper: Assist in preparation, mise-en-place and Tandoor operations.
South Indian: Preparation of South Indian dishes as per standards.
Chinese: Preparation of Chinese & Continental dishes with safe handling.
Chinese Helper: Assist Chinese Cook in preparation and station operations.
Bhatura Cook: Preparation of Bhatura, Puri and related items.
Combi Team Member: Food preparation, station coordination and kitchen support.
Requirements:
6 Months–2 Years relevant kitchen experience.
Basic Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge.
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Willingness to learn and work as per assigned station.
