Dosa Master
Location: NSO – Vizag,Inorbit Mall
Department: Operations / Kitchen
Reporting to: Store Manager / Kitchen Head
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and quality.
Make Dosa Batter with proper fermentation process.
Handle multiple dosa varieties on the dosa plate efficiently.
Prepare Idly Batter, ensure correct texture and taste.
Prepare fresh Sambar, maintaining authentic flavour and consistency.
Prepare Vada mix and fry vadas with correct texture (crispy outside, soft inside).
Prepare Groundnut Chutney and Tomato Chutney as per standard recipes.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Assist in preparation of dosa, idly, vada, chutney, sambar and other kitchen items.
Support Dosa Master in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment.
Follow standard recipes and portion control.
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
Support inventory management and basic cutting, chopping, grinding, mixing tasks.
Experience in South Indian cuisine preferred.
Ability to prepare batter and chutneys following standard procedures.
Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and safety.
Team player with willingness to learn (Commi 2 & 3).
For Dosa Master: Minimum 2–4 years experience required.
