Job Title: Waffle Head Chef

Job Description:

We are hiring a passionate and dependable Waffle Head Chef to lead kitchen operations at

our waffle shop. This role requires hands-on preparation of high-quality waffles, maintaining

hygiene and consistency, and independently managing the shop during shifts. Candidates

with prior food service experience are preferred, but dedicated freshers with a strong desire to

learn are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve waffles with attention to taste, texture, and presentation.

• Ensure consistency, portion control, and product quality.

• Open and close the shop responsibly (setup, cleaning, and securing).

• Manage kitchen operations and provide excellent service during rush hours.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and customer area.

• Monitor stock, update daily logs in WhatsApp group, and handle basic reporting.

• Engage with customers politely to ensure a pleasant experience.

Requirements:

• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.

• Preferred: experience in fast food, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, or similar setups.

• Ability to work independently and manage the shop solo when needed.

• Basic English and Marathi speaking skills.

• Customer-friendly, polite, and positive attitude.

• Age: 19–30 years preferred
