👨‍🍳 Food Truck Chef / Cook

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef / Cook to manage cooking operations at our food truck. The chef will be responsible for preparing authentic coastal dishes and maintaining food quality and hygiene.

The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (based on experience) along with free food, accommodation, and performance incentives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coastal dishes such as:

  • Chicken Biryani

  • Chicken Sukka

  • Neer Dosa

  • Fish Fry

  • Chicken Curry

  • Fish Curry

• Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency

• Manage food preparation and cooking during service hours

• Coordinate with kitchen helper for preparation and cleaning

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the food truck kitchen

• Handle basic stock preparation (marination, batter, masala prep)

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and seafood

• Maintain fast service during rush hours

🔹 Shift Timing

Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Saturday: Weekly Off
Sunday: Evening Shift Only

🔹 Job Requirements

• Experience in South Indian / Coastal cooking preferred

• Ability to cook seafood and non-veg dishes

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Ability to work in a fast-paced food truck environment

• Responsible and disciplined attitude

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
