Kitchen Staff

We are looking for a Momos Karigar / Cook to join our kitchen team and prepare fresh, delicious food for our guests. The role involves daily food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare momos and other assigned food items with consistency and hygiene

• Set up the kitchen with required utensils and equipment

• Cook food in a timely manner during service hours

• Follow standard recipes and food preparation methods

• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety & hygiene standards

• Check freshness of ingredients and discard expired items

• Assist and coordinate with kitchen helpers when required

• Modify food preparation as per customer requests (if applicable)

👤 Job Requirements:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Good time management and discipline

• Willingness to learn traditional millet-based recipes

• Culinary training is a plus, but not mandatory
