Job Description

We are looking for a Momos Karigar / Cook to join our kitchen team and prepare fresh, delicious food for our guests. The role involves daily food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare momos and other assigned food items with consistency and hygiene
Set up the kitchen with required utensils and equipment
Cook food in a timely manner during service hours
Follow standard recipes and food preparation methods
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety & hygiene standards
Check freshness of ingredients and discard expired items
Assist and coordinate with kitchen helpers when required
Modify food preparation as per customer requests (if applicable)

👤 Job Requirements:

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good time management and discipline
Willingness to learn traditional millet-based recipes
Culinary training is a plus, but not mandatory
