We are looking for energetic and responsible Kitchen Staff to join the Boba Bhai team. The role involves daily kitchen operations, food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth store functioning.
Prepare beverages, bubble tea, toppings, and other menu items as per company standards
Assist in cutting, cooking, and storing ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen area
Follow all food safety and FSSAI guidelines
Ensure proper stock management (raw materials, toppings, consumables)
Support the preparation during rush hours
Handle kitchen equipment safely
Report stock shortages or maintenance issues to the Store Manager
Maintain FIFO (First In – First Out) for all ingredients
Assist with opening & closing duties of the kitchen
Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass
Prior experience in food & beverage / kitchen operations preferred
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
