Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, marinating, etc.)
Assist in cooking under the supervision of chefs
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
Ensure proper storage of food items
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Clean utensils, equipment, and workstations
Support kitchen team during peak hours
Monitor stock levels and inform shortages
