Position: Kitchen HelperDepartment: Kitchen OperationsLocation: Mommozi Barasat OutletReporting To: Outlet Incharge Job Summary:The Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen team in daily operations by maintaining cleanliness, preparing basic ingredients, assisting in food preparation, and ensuring smooth workflow during service hours.Key Responsibilities:Assist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting vegetables, portioning, sorting raw materials).Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.Wash utensils, cooking tools, and maintain proper hygiene standards.Receive, store, and organize raw materials properly.Help in boiling, steaming, and prepping ingredients as per recipes.Support in dish assembly during peak hours.Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.Manage waste disposal responsibly.Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the kitchen.Cooperate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.Skills & Requirements:Basic understanding of kitchen operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good personal hygiene and discipline.Willingness to learn and follow instructions.Team player with a positive attitude.Salary & Benefits:
