A popular multicuisine restaurant in Dahisar West, known for its vibrant menu featuring Continental, Fast Food, Biryani, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines. We are looking for an enthusiastic Commi 3 – Continental Chef to support daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes and support other cuisine sections when required.
Complete daily mise-en-place, chopping, marination, and basic preparation tasks.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the Head Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation as per food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in receiving, storing, and properly rotating food supplies.
Ensure timely preparation of orders during service hours.
Support with fast food, North Indian, Biryani and Chinese cuisine sections when needed.
Report any shortages, equipment issues, or safety concerns to senior chefs.
Strictly adhere to kitchen safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine; exposure to multicuisine kitchen is a plus.
Training or certification in culinary arts preferred (not mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
